Counter-notice may restore removed content. Notified to original party and reviewed by Copyright Agent. The process usually takes place within 10 business days. However, unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider, member, or user, the decision of whether to replace or restore the removed content lies solely at Diaryspot.com’s discretion. It’s important to note that for a valid counter-notice, it must be sent to our Copyright Agent. The original complaining party is also notified of the counter-notice.
